Buy any one of the editions: Limited Edition (1,646 Yen), Normal Edition (1,646 Yen), Theatre Edition（1,028 Yen) of the 44th Single “Tsubasa Wa Iranai”, each of them is enclosed with a serial number card for the vote. Just input the serial number into designated voting site, you can cast a vote to Minami Minegishi.

Annual Membership fee for 1st year is 1,480 yen, for 2nd year onwards is 630yen. If you don't want to renew your membership, you can just stop paying the annual membership fee.
Apart from voting rights, member can also enjoy ticket allotment in Theatre performance, pre-order of concert tickets, apply for studio audience of TV shows, or the right to buy limited products.

Buy voting serial number card only from auction website
You can buy the voting serial number card enclosed in the CD from auction websites sometime around the release of the CD single.
The price is around 700 - 900 yen and will change from time to time. Usually the price will be the highest after the release of interim result.
The seller may choose to ship out the voting serial card physically or just send out the serial number through email. Some of the auction proxy services may not accept digital form of delivery. If you have to use an auction proxy service, please check with the service provider in advance. The voting serial number cards may also be available in Taobao or Facebook fan groups. Please check out yourself.
Beware of frauds
There were cases that seller put voted serial number card on sale. Please consult with the seller if you see the product status as second-hand to avoid any loss.
Please refuse the proxy voting service from seller, you'd better vote yourself.
Please check the feedback of the seller before bidding. Please refrain from bidding voting serial number card offered by new seller, seller with feedback below 10, or those with significant number of negative feedback.
